This policy explains how the Fablewoode Residences website (https://www.fablewoode-residence.sg) collects, uses and protects personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you register interest, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, preferred showflat day and time, and the unit types you are interested in.
How we use it
We use your details to send the e-brochure, price list and launch updates for Fablewoode Residences, to arrange showflat appointments, and to answer your questions. By ticking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email for these purposes, including if your number is on the Do Not Call Registry.
Storage
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet hosted by Google. Access is limited to the sales team handling your enquiry. We keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and form submissions and to show relevant ads. You can control ad tracking in your browser and Meta account settings.
